Friends of Yemin Orde

Friends of Yemin Orde is the U.S. fundraising arm of Yemin Orde Youth Village and Village Way Educational Initiatives, which are both located in Israel. The organization was founded in 1991 and raises funds for these endeavors throughout the United States. Programs and activities supported by Friends of Yemin Orde benefit the children of Yemin Orde, a youth village located in Israel. The youth served are from Ethiopia, Former Soviet Union, France and Brazil; many teens at the Village were born in Israel, too. For many children at the Village, Yemin Orde serves as their only home in Israel. The Village remains open 24/7, 365 days a year in order to provide a stable community.
