PROJECT AWARDED

Woodward Coordinator Investment Fund: This grant supports an investment fund created by The Kresge Foundation to assist in the financing of multi-family, mixed use, mixed-income, transit-oriented rental projects promoting density, diversity, vibrancy and walkability in Detroit’s core. The fund will seek to provide long term, flexible capital to assist in the viability of real estate projects promoting sustainable growth.
