Yad Ezra

Yad Ezra provides supplemental kosher food, necessities and enhancements of holidays and lifecycle events to those in need in the Jewish community.

PROJECTS AWARDED

Celebrating the Jewish Holidays: This grant supports food and other provisions for the organization’s “Celebrating the Jewish Holidays” initiative. These year-round distributions remove cost barriers for holiday celebrations and help empower families to create memories in their own homes.

Fisher Foundation Giving Gardens Project featuring the Geri (z”l) Lester Greenhouse: This grant supports the expansion of onsite gardens to incorporate a previously donated greenhouse, and hire a full-time gardener/educator to teach gardening, healthy eating, sustainability and Jewish principles to community members.
