The Perlman Music Program (PMP) offers unparalleled musical training to young string players of rare and special talent. With a world-class faculty led by Itzhak Perlman, PMP is developing the future leaders of classical music within a nurturing and supportive community.
Summer Music Endowment: This grant supports an endowment fund to provide a strong foundation that supports all of the musical activities of The Perlman Music Program: artistic and educational programs, faculty support, student sponsorships and financial aid, facilities and more.
Israel Residency Program: Funding to the Israel Residency Program provides the opportunity for PMP students to live and work alongside talented Israeli string players, while immersed in the study and performance of solo, chamber, orchestral and choral music at the highest level..
Detroit Fisher Endowed Scholarship: This grant supports an endowment to meet the full financial need of a gifted young musician who is admitted to the Perlman Music Program Summer Music School, with preference given to students from Detroit.
