American Friends of the Israel Museum, Jerusalem

The American Friends of the Israel Museum (AFIM) is dedicated to supporting The Israel Museum, Jerusalem, home to the world’s most extensive collection of art and Holy Land archaeology. Since its  inception in 1972, AFIM has supported the Museum’s exhibitions, art acquisitions, educational and outreach programs, curator training, and more. As an early supporter of the Museum, AFIM’s pioneering model has spurred the creation of similar organizations in 16 countries.
