Children’s Hospital Of Michigan Foundation

The Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation supports pediatric research, education, community benefit programs, and other initiatives that improve the health of children in Michigan.

The Horizons Project: This project restores metro Detroit outreach workers to identify and care for HIV positive and at-risk young people via medical and psychosocial care, with particular emphasis on serving female youth.
