School-Based and Community Health program-Health Alliance for Neighborhood Kids (H.A.N.K.): This grant supports HFHS’s pediatric mobile health services extended to students and babies attending Catherine Ferguson Academy by hiring a part-time staff person to conduct educational courses and coordinate students prior to mobile visits.
