Keeping Our Community Safe: JFMD sees a significant need for wide-spread improvements given the recent escalation of hate, violence, and threats toward the Jewish community worldwide and in Michigan.Funding willsupport the implementation of a comprehensive five-year community safety plan that will benefit JFMD and its partner agencies as well as houses of worship and other Jewish organizations throughout Metro Detroit, inclusive of one-time security upgrades and ongoing costs for training and security personnel.
Jewish Community Bridge Fund to the Future: To fund increased need for basic need services, such as living expenses, medical cost, and scholarships to camp and schools.
Mr. Fisher Archives Website: This grant provides funding for the creation and maintenance of the Max M. Fisher Library at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit building.
JLife: Funding will support the technical development and beta testing for JLIFE, a Jewish engagement platform that will act as a “digital neighborhood” through which users and organizations can better connect with each other and better meet the needs of their communities.
