Tamarack Camps (Tamarack) provides enriching Jewish camping experiences for children and families, grounded in the core values of developing individuals into their best selves, making Judaism meaningful and fund, creating safe spaces, being respectful of financial ability, and building inclusive community. It operates a residential camp for campers in grades 2-12; several adventure and travel programs for teens, and the Butzel Retreat center, which offers family camps and tailored retreats for private groups. Tamarack welcomes individuals with special needs through a camp inclusion program for children in grades 2-7 and a job training program for teens and young adults.
Jewish Artist-in-Residence Program and the JCC Day Camp (Powered by Tamarack Camps): Through this program, specialists in fine arts, music, Jewish life, sports, and other areas help campers from diverse Jewish and economic backgrounds build community and complement regular camp programming through an infusion of skills shared through a Jewish lens.
