Who We Are
Camarrah Morgan
Camarrah has over 20 years of business acumen and early learning experience in understanding the complexities of low-income families accessing quality care, as well as sustainability challenges facing the childcare businesses serving these families. She began partnering with the Max M & Marjorie S. Fisher Foundation in 2010 through various capacities, consulting and otherwise, in support of the Brightmoor Child Care Quality Initiative. Most recently, while operating her own consulting business, she co-led the development of a community derived parent and caregiver advocacy network called Detroit Champions for HOPE through Detroit’s Hope Starts Here comprehensive early childhood framework.
Her involvement in local, statewide, national and international efforts to improve access to high quality early childhood development has cultivated a deep passion for strengthening efforts in a way that ensures children, parents, caregivers, and providers are seen and heard. She also has experience with systems level community engagement, data measurement and evaluation planning, cross-sector engagement, non-profit debt reduction, non-profit financial management sustainability and multi-service project planning.
Camarrah is a Global Leader in Early Childhood Development through the World Forum Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Western Michigan University and holds a Master of Science in organizational leadership and administration from Concordia University.
