Who We Are
Kenya C. James
Kenya C. James joined the Foundation in August of 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. Kenya has been working in the social impact sector for 20 years, primarily in Development. She has worked for the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan and the Alzheimer’s Association – Michigan Chapter. Kenya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Management from Davenport University and has completed work towards a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry at Ecumenical Theological Seminary in Detroit. Kenya serves as Pastor at St. Peter AME Zion Church in Hamtramck, MI and is a Lifetime Girl Scout, a member of the NAACP in Hamtramck and an avid reader.
