Who We Are
Kenya C. James
Kenya C. James joined the Foundation in August of 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. Kenya has been working in the social impact sector for 20 years, primarily in Development. She has worked for the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan and the Alzheimer’s Association – Michigan Chapter. Kenya holds a B.A. in Administrative Management from Davenport University and a M.A. in Theological Studies from Ecumenical Theological Seminary and is currently working on her DMin at Hood Theological Seminary. Kenya is an ordained Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church and is a Lifetime Girl Scout, a member of the NAACP, a member of the National Council of Negro Women and an avid reader.
